our story

Honeycrest Kennels has been family owned and operated since 1969 providing long and short-term boarding for small pets. Located between Alliance and Salem Ohio along State Route 14A, Honeycrest offers a clean and quiet country environment for your pet.

We feature heated buildings with indoor-outdoor runs, a dedicated building for cats, limestone gravel surfaces that are more sanitary and easy on the feet, and a level of personal care that reflects our concern for your pet.

In summer our runs are cool and comfortable as the pets enjoy our shaded country location. In winter, our heated buildings provide a cozy place for your pet where they can retreat from their outside exercise area.

As you plan activities this season remember that some times your pet may need their vacation or down-time too. Let us help provide a relaxing time for your pet (we accept cats, dogs, even rabbits) to enjoy our idyllic country setting.
